Enjoli Ramsey-Joy believes that financial planning is about more than
money — it’s about helping people build the lives they envision. As
Lead Financial Planner at Wright Time Financial, she brings a rare
combination of military service, organizational leadership, and genuine
compassion to every client relationship, with a commitment to making
financial guidance accessible, empowering, and deeply personal.
Her path to financial planning reflects a career built on service and
leadership. A Navy veteran who retired from the Navy Reserves in
February 2023, Enjoli began her career as a naval officer before taking
on roles as a Senior Federal Consultant at Deloitte and as the Diversity
& Inclusion Outreach & Recruitment Program Manager for the U.S. Air
Force. These experiences sharpened her ability to think strategically,
communicate with clarity, and meet people where they are — skills she
now brings directly to her clients.

Enjoli holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio
University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational
Psychology — a pairing that may seem unconventional but is central to
how she approaches her work. She combines an analytical mind with a
deep understanding of human behavior, allowing her to demystify
financial concepts and help clients connect the dots of their financial
lives. Personal finance can be a significant source of stress, and Enjoli
is passionate about changing that — for military families, women
navigating major life transitions, federal employees, and career
changers who are ready to take control of their financial futures.
She earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified
Student Loan Professional (CSLP®) designations, adding rigorous
professional credentials to a long-standing passion for personal finance
and a lifetime of practical experience navigating complex systems and
decisions.

Her commitment to financial empowerment extends beyond her client
work. Enjoli serves as a financial mentor with Britepaths, a Northern
Virginia nonprofit that provides free financial coaching and education to
underserved communities. She also served as a Commissioner on the
Fairfax County Commission for Women, advocating for the economic
security and well-being of women in her community. She is a member
of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Her goal is simple: to meet people where they are and help them move
forward with confidence. When she’s not with clients, Enjoli can be found working out, bowling,
trying out local restaurants, or spending time with her family.
